Om Adinath Sevabhavi Sanstha has done innovative work in various fields. Through this work, through people’s participation, the villages of the villages have developed in a self-sufficient manner. The organization has tried to develop in all the villages it has undertaken. Villages have become self-sufficient. To see the progress of the village through people’s participation, German, Bangladesh as well as central government officials, state officials, divisional commissioners, secretaries, etc. have visited the village. Study tours from the state and the country come to see the development of the village. Many works have been done under the guidance of Om Adinath Sanstha through the central government, state government, and public participation. Among them, are watershed area development works done through public participation through Sant Gadgebaba Gram Swachhta Abhiyan, alcohol prohibition works, tree plantation works, construction of toilets at low cost by a women’s self-help group, and maintaining cleanliness in the village. Cute animals in fodder camp gigs, CCT works taken up on all farms around the village through the watershed development plan. Nalabandh, Rainwater Harvesting, Shivkalin Water Storage Scheme, Houses constructed under Indira Awas Yojana (100% housing). Tobacco, Cigarettes, Mawa ban works, Fodder on time Vaccination of animals in camp, increased milk of animals. Keeping in mind the social responsibility, the villagers have implemented Panchsubhi in the village like an ax ban, grazing ban, sterilization, and dowry ban.
Seeing the success of this work, all the villagers feel curiosity and affection towards the work done by them. Villages have awakened. Hence, they show the activities done in the village to the visitors who come to visit the village with great enthusiasm and they also look at it with affection.
