Shri Balasaheb Honmore founded Om Adinath NGO on 28/04/1994. He developed an interest in social work from his parents from childhood. Taking inspiration from Mohannath Maharaj, he established this organization to do social work vigorously. As a mediator of development between society and the government, this NGO has been working continuously for the past 30 years for women, children, farmers, daily workers, din dalit, educational, sports, social, cultural, youth, entrepreneurs, nature, animals, birds, and every element of the society. The NGO takes detailed information by doing PRA (Participatory Rural Appraisal) in the area which is to be developed, then by micro-planning, by deciding the priority order of work, net planning, action plan for 01 year, 02 years, 05 years, 10 years, 15 years, by preparing the project report as required, fulfilling all the technical and administrative norms, our NGO follows up by sending the said project to the concerned government department, CSR giving company or other concerned department. Public participation is very important in this. We have tried to develop hundreds of villages from it. Some of these villages have become self-sufficient through public participation and government funds. Our NGO has received various awards at Taluka, District, State, and National levels for its outstanding work in various fields. We have a sufficiently humble, technical, and experienced workforce available. They are constantly working politely. Our NGO, which is working with the sole aim of community development, is getting funds from the state, country, and abroad. We strive day and night to take society a step forward by always keeping it up to date. For that, there is cooperation and participation of people like you.
