Om Adinath NGO has been selected by the Government of Maharashtra to work through a non-expenditure partnership to effectively carry out various development works under the Mahatma Gandhi National Employment Scheme (MGNREGA).
To provide skill training to the laborers working in the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Yojana Guarantee Scheme for utilization, maintenance, and development of land.
Training on entrepreneurship, performance-based planning, and financial planning.
Redesigning the curriculum structure.
Inclusion of required courses.
To increase the contact area and reach the grassroots.
Social Auditing of Community Ownership.
Bringing self-reliance in disaster and crisis management.
Also, activities related to soil and water conservation, afforestation, sewage and solid waste management, personal benefit schemes, development of circulation and basic facilities, public awareness programs, technical training, workshops various schemes promotion and dissemination, etc. The organization is effectively creating a people’s movement. Through this, by inculcating the concept of “I am prosperous, the village is prosperous, the village is prosperous, my Maharashtra is prosperous” in the minds of the people, to employ more people, create productive and sustainable assets, and achieve the goal of poverty alleviation.
